LinReqPCR is a very consistent and convenient way to calculate qPCR primer efficiency made by a group lead by Jan Ruijter. This is a word document that shows how I use it with data from a Roche 480 light cycler machine. It is zipped with some spreadsheets I use for both 96 and 384 well plates.
